Southcoast Marine Manufacturing, LLC is an independently established, full-service marine manufacturing and ship repair subcontractor dedicated to supporting America's shipyards and defense industry.

Manufacturing of Navy-standard structural and ballistic doors, hatches, and scuttles in watertight, airtight, and non-tight configurations.
Capabilities include custom closures built to specific size, material, and pressure requirements, as well as replacement parts, ladders, and manholes. -
Structural welding, shipfitting, and repair services supporting shipbuilding, maintenance, and repair projects.
Capabilities include plate and tube rolling, press forming, braking, drilling, and pipe bending.
Over 80,000 square feet of covered, ventilated workspace equipped with multiple overhead cranes. -
Metal fabrication services supporting marine construction, maintenance, and repair projects.
Capabilities include cutting, forming, rolling, bending, and welding of structural and custom metal components. -
Mechanical equipment repair, refurbishment, and complete rebuilds supported by in-house machining, structural fabrication, and welding capabilities.

Precision machining services supporting marine equipment manufacturing, maintenance, and repair.
Capabilities include CNC turning, milling, drilling, waterjet and plasma cutting, and in-place machining.We accept CAD file formats which include IGES, STEP, DFX, DWG, and PDF. Our Machining Facility is supported by a fully equipped fabrication shop, weld shop and mechanical shop. -
Marine electrical and electronic equipment installation, repair, and modernization, including large-scale ship alterations.
Capabilities include troubleshooting, equipment removal, installation, repair, and testing, supported by certified marine electricians. -
Marine sheet metal fabrication, installation, and HVAC services supporting shipboard systems and habitability spaces, including galleys, washrooms, and berthing areas.
Capabilities include HVAC airflow testing and balancing, metal shearing, bending, rolling, CNC plasma cutting, lamination, and thin- and thick-gauge metal welding. -
Marine piping fabrication, installation, and repair services supporting shipbuilding, maintenance, and repair projects.
Capabilities include brazing, P-1 piping, open-root welding, socket welding, and joining aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper-nickel (CuNi), including dissimilar-metal connections.
